In this emerging era of globalization and liberalization, the economic actors, trade and investment promotion agents in developing countries need to be informed about the emerging investment markets and trading system. They ought to be given technical and professional assistance to reap the benefits that can be derived from the international, regional and multi-lateral trading arrangements.
